Agent Listing Workspace

Privacy

Your listing data stays under your control.

This notice explains what the service collects, why it is needed and the controls available to agents and their clients.

Who operates the service

Agent Listing Workspace is operated by Willem-Bernard Schulte in South Africa. It is a workflow tool for property professionals and does not act as an estate agency, MLS or property portal.

Information the app processes

Why it is processed

Data is used to provide the paid workspace, sync a listing between linked devices, organise uploads, prepare exports, verify access, respond to feedback and protect the service from misuse. The service does not sell client information or use listing documents for advertising.

Agent responsibilities

The subscribing agent or brokerage decides what client information to collect and is responsible for obtaining appropriate authority, following local privacy and property laws, restricting internal access and confirming the destination of every export.

Storage and service providers

The current service uses managed website, database and file-storage infrastructure, ChatGPT sign-in for the protected workspace and Gumroad for purchase verification. Information may be processed where these providers operate. Only providers needed to deliver the service receive relevant data.

Retention and deletion

Listings and their uploads remain available until the signed-in user deletes the listing or deletes all app data. Temporary PropCon import pages expire after 24 hours and can be closed sooner. Ending a subscription stops paid access but does not by itself prove that the user wants records erased.

Your controls

Users can download listing summaries and organised handoff packs, delete individual listings and permanently delete all app data from the listings library. A support request can also be submitted through the feedback form.

Security incidents and changes

If a material incident affects protected data, reasonable steps will be taken to investigate, limit harm and notify affected parties when required. This notice may be updated as the service, providers or applicable requirements change.
